SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving confirmed payments.

Customized and personalized products may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Once the product is shipped the tracking details will be sent to you via email.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery by following the below steps:

1. You can either call us on (929)-226-6613 or email us on disneyjewels@renaissanceglobal.com
2. We will send you the return shipping labels on your registered email address
3. Ship the item back to us in it's original condition with all tags on and in its original packaging, The items must be unworn and unused to be eligible for returns.
4. Once the product is received, we will initiate the refund or exchange within 7 business days
5. In case of refund, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days from the date the return is received

After 30 days, all sales are final.

Customized and personalized items are non-refundable.
